Rachel Tygret is an accomplished attorney known for her expertise in estate planning, probate litigation, trust administration, adult and minor guardianship, and domestic family law matters. She completed her undergraduate studies at the prestigious University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before earning her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School.
Rachel’s legal career began during her time in law school when she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Justice Michael L. Douglas of the Nevada Supreme Court and the Honorable Judge James C. Mahan of the United States District Court – District Court of Nevada. These experiences provided her with valuable insights into the judicial system and a solid foundation for her legal career. After graduating, Rachel further honed her skills as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Valorie Vega and the Honorable Richard Scotti of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Her time as a law clerk allowed her to refine her legal research and writing abilities while gaining practical knowledge of courtroom procedures.
Since 2016, Rachel has been practicing law with a focus on her areas of expertise. Her dedication and passion for her work have earned her recognition as a top attorney in her fields, as evidenced by her repeated inclusion in prestigious lists such as Legal Elite and Super Lawyers.
